1 Pork of Shoulder medium .
1 1/2 cup of red wine.
2 glasses of orange juice.
Oregano , thyme and bay leaf.
Margarine.
Pepper and salt to taste .
PREPARATION.
Clean the pork, place in a bowl and marinate with all the ingredients for 24 hours. The next day spread with margarine well bake at 350 degrees until well golden or when the bone moves . When you bake should not take long , so it is sauce for bathing . It can be served with applesauce .
